Remove the cap from the Perflex tube.
Screw on the nozzle securely.
Place the tube into a caulking gun. (Refer to the video for correct installation.)
Clean the grout joints thoroughly and remove any dust or debris.
Apply wax to the surface of the tiles on both sides of the joint to make cleanup easier later.
Cut the nozzle tip to match the desired width of the grout joint.
Squeeze out a small amount of product (about 30 cm) to ensure it’s flowing smoothly.
Fill the grout joint with Perflex, applying even pressure.
Use a grouting tool to press the product firmly into the joint.
Wait a couple of hours for the product to cure.
Once cured, peel off the leftover Perflex from the tile surface.
Curing Time & Temperature:
Curing time ranges from 4 to 24 hours, depending on the ambient temperature. Examples include:
4 hours at 35℃
6 hours at 25℃
12 hours at 15℃
24 hours at 5℃
Note: Lower temperatures significantly increase curing time.
Storage Conditions:
Store sealant at temperatures above 5℃ to maintain performance and stability.
Application Temperature:
Optimal construction temperature is 15–30℃. Application in lower temperatures may extend curing time and reduce final strength.
Surface Preparation:
Ensure all surfaces are clean and free of dust, grease, water, and impurities before application for best adhesion and finish
Post-Application Care:
Avoid contact, walking, or load-bearing on the sealant until it is fully cured.
